• South Fork:  ($500,000+)  This is a semi-custom to custom home development that will border the park to the North.  I have actually seen prices here from $600,000 - $1,000,000, whether or not you will be able to find one at $500,000 remains to be seen.  It is a really nice development that will cater to higher end buyers looking to build something specific.
• Kings Peak:  ($700,000+)  If your looking for huge lots and big houses this is the neighborhood for you.  Houses are rarely available and when they do pop up they go relatively fast.  Many of the homes in this subdivision will back the park to the East or be well within walking distance.

It's amazing that one area can encompass so many different lifestyles with houses priced from $175,000 - $1,000,000+.  No matter which area you choose this area will be popular and in high demand long into the future.  The park isn't the only development that will make homes in this area appreciate, there is also a lot of commercial development in the area which will create more demand, a new Harmons shopping center, Ikea, Boondocks Fun Center, and in the future a Trax Station will be located near this area.
