Many good statistics you have highlighted for the state Mara. Much demand for housing is related to jobs and Alabama seems to be holding its own.
Mara- A nice presentation of your area Stats, and as Gary said jobs is an important factor when people are house hunting.
It looks like your market is actually doing pretty well. Between the population grown and increase in industry ya'll might just weather this little downturn without too much trouble.

So the median sales price and average sales price improved while the number of new listings went down dramatically... it looks like the market is adjusting on its own rather nicely.
