TIPS FOR SELLING YOUR HOME
1.)Time to start packing. Get rid of clutter, inside and out, and show the potential buyer that there is room to grow.

2.)No need to remodel, but a fresh coat of paint, inside and out, can brighten things up where needed. On the bright side...you may net more money for your home.

3.)When choosing a Realtor go with a local agent who can be there to service you during the marketing and the closing of your home. Go with an honest, hardworking, full time agent who you can trust with your most valuable asset. Don't just go with the person who says they can get you more money for your home or a friend who does Real Estate part time.
