2.)Not sure if you are paying too much? Find out what properties sell for before you overpay for your new home. Ask a local Realtor for information on closed properties in your area.

3.)If you find a home that suits your needs, put in a contract right away. You can always iron out the details later, getting the negotiating started is most important.
