Squatters....

I have a few customer's who have held properties for quite some time who now have "squatter's"

They have been there forever and they cannot get them out. My customer's bought this property actually land for investment purposes many year's ago and are having difficulty getting these people to leave---without being nasty.

Do you have squatter's...do you know what a squatter is...how do you get them off your property/land?

Do you have stories about these types of people...help me, my friend has them on his property and I don't know what to tell him.
