Nice looking homes at some great prices.  Of course Lenn it would be smart to buy these homes with the best agent in the DC area, you!  Buyers need a very knowledgeable agent to advise them, who is better qualifies in all of DC than you!

Lenn, the look of the New Construction homes look to stay in conformity with the beautiful history of your area.  I am sure many value that as well as the prices.

Thanks Jim.  This is a terrific location.  I sold a home there a bouple of years ago.  Very convenient to Balducci.  Most new homes in the area are tear down lots.

Ray.  Most of the new homes in Bethesda are on lots where the existing 55 year old home was torn down to make way for new construction.  It's a thriving industry in some areas.

I believe it helps "revitilize" older areas.  Of course, many existing neighbors object.

Not me. I believe in "rotating the crops".

Lenn, I like the fact that your builders follow more traditional and appealing architectural styling.  Your new construction is truly timeless and must blend in beautifully with your older homes.

Diane.  Indeed it does.  These are truly beautiful homes in these 50 year old communities.
