Hi Lenn - buyers in your area would do well to pay heed to when YOU say it's time to buy!  You are certainly one who definitely knows the pulse of the market, and timing is everything.

Wow, there are some incredible buys in that list you put together - close to $200,000 on a couple.  WOW!!

Eugene.  I love Stafford County.  It's rural but close to good shopping.  They're building a new health facility there that will stimulate the market.

Ann.  They are good buys and they are only going to go so far.  We help the buyer with tough negotiation for them with their buys.
