This crazy market!

We all wonder when is this market going to get better? The truth is the market is picking up again. I have been noticing more homes in the Queen Creek area being sold. Our problem is we have so much inventory that we can't seem to catch up. So if you are trying to sale your house be patient it will happen! If you are in the market for a home, this is the time to buy. Their are so many great deals out there. Take advantage of them and go buy you the house of your dreams.

Hi Cheryl,

We completely agree. We began seeing an increase in our 1031 exchange business in late February and it has been a slow but steady increase ever since. I think we have seen the worst, although we still have some turmoil left to go. Buyers are absolutely beginning to poke around though. We see it across all of our branch offices.
