Brevard County Real Estate sales are on the rise! In February we had 337 Single Family homes sell here in Brevard County. In March we had 406 homes sell and I noticed a slight dip in the inventory. This is good news and it means that buyers are starting to get numb to all the negative real estate garbage the media is feeding them. They are our worst enemy only second to ourselves... We all must maintain a positive approach in this market...come on...rates are down, buyers have a ton of great homes to choose from and if we remind them that purchasing a home is a looonnggg term investment not some get rich quick overnight deal, they will start to take advantage of this GREAT buyers market!

I really like you "happy sales to you...." I have been humming it since I saw it.
Our market is doing pretty well. Measuring the inventory for our county, we had 17 months inventory in January, 14.6 in February, and 11.9 in March. I don't know if your MLS measures the same as our but these numbers mean that if we didn't list another house, it would take 11.9 months to sell the current inventory. So, things are looking up. On a side note---last year, March, we had 7.0 months of inventory so there is a change from last year.
