Questions for you, my peers....Need advice!I was just sitting here contemplating a current deal when I felt like I would like some AR opinions of my situation. How many of you are comfortable with contracter issues? With construction issues? With pest control issues? Pool over flow problems when they occur? With hurricane window issues? With flood area issues? With Inspection issues....there are many on occasion. Appraisal issues. On the contractor issues. How much do you know about home/condo/townhome construction issues that occur? On the appraisal issues...Do you do CMA's? Do You update them every two or three month's? Do you enlighten your customer on the change in the market? Many questions...please give me your input, b/c in this ever changing market...these are questions I am receiving from my buyer's and seller's... WHAT SAY YOU ALL??? Do you get the same questions?
