After about a two month cold spell it seems that the weather has taken a turn. This year we have had one of the worst winters I can remember here in Oklahoma. Ice has been on the roads for the last 45 day's it seems. Finally we get some nice weather to bring in the start of the spring selling season. Spring is near and one things for sure, the Tulsa real estate market is good.
