Nice Showing!Ever get to show that house that just fits the bill right? I showed a home this evening in Broken Arrow that sits in a neighborhood with an average price of about $140K. Nice thing about this home was it's only $110,000 and very nice. As a matter of fact I don't think I could find a bad thing about this home. I guess if I had to find one thing its that the home is smaller than the average home in the area. You certainly feel good though when the client tells you they can't believe they can have a home for such a good price in such a nice neighborhood! Makes putting together the offer fun... |
