Thank you AR, my 300th post...

AS I write my 300th post, I have to say that AR is a fabulous place.  I have met some absolutely wonderful people who I now consider friends.  Even though I have never met these people face-to-face they are encouraging, helpful, give you a call and walk you through things you don't know how to do. Fantastic people.

That being said, I am dedicating this post to my father...week's left for him. It's OK, I'm dealing with this situation and this is not the point.

The point to this blog is that the friendships you develop from AR are so important. The connections and the associates you meet on here cannot be found elsewhere.

There are people on here who should be writing the books for new Real Estate agents. I want to mention names, but I'm afraid I'll miss someone.

I have met some of the most wonderful people throughout the US because of AR.  I have received some fabulous lead's b/c of AR. I have learned more than I would ever learn through a Real Estate course.

The manager's of this site are also very caring people...they want us all to succeed and they want us to learn.  They want us to use this site to succeed. That's the point of AR.

The site is a huge resource for agents, lawyer's, mortgage individuals, appraisers, inspectors, and the biggest one of all is referrals.  Referral's you say?  Yes, It's letting other individual's know your personality, the way you think, your profile.

I have gained so much information from Active Rain that I am taking this, my 300 post to commend the manager's of Active Rain.  I thank you!
