Hello Folks, Barefoot Beach in Lee County, Florida was a breezy place tonight. Went out to the Barefoot Beach Park this evening to do a little beach walking and about got blown away. The Gulf was quite rough due to the winds, but still an enjoyable walk. This is one of the benefits of living along the coast in Florida, you always have a great place to walk and unwind. Now that our "Snow-Bird" season is about over, there isn't many people on the beaches anymore ..... Yippeeee!!!!
The shelling tonight wasn't good until I got to Wiggins Pass, which had a nice sand bar full of shells and sand dollars. This is the sand bar in the picture to the right. Found some nice Sand Dollars about the diameter of SoftBalls...They are soaking in bleach water right now. And to finish out the night a nice Sunset.
