- As of April 2008, there are only three residential high-rise properties "On the Las Vegas Strip" which offer pre-construction pricing opportunity (all at MGM MIRAGE CityCenter): Veer Towers, Mandarin Oriental, and The Harmon Hotel, Spa & Residences.
