From approx. 500k to approx. $10 million - Higher numbers reflecting high-floor penthouses at Mandarin Oriental and The Harmon.

Price-per-square-foot ranges:
Approx. $900 to over $2,400 a sq. ft.

Remaining inventory:
Veer Towers approx. 65% sold out, Mandarin oriental approx. 93% sold out, The Harmon Hotel approx. 45% sold out. (according to on-site sales agent).

- As of April 2008, there is only one "Near Strip" residential high-rise property offering limited pre-construction opportunity: Panorama Towers building 3.
