A new beginning and a brighter future...Today is a new begining ...I am finally transferred. So, here is the announcement. Patrick J. Lambert is now with Century 21 All Islands. Now this country boy has city power. When I was forced to transfer my license, due to my broker folding down her tent, I decided that this time I was going to do MY homework. I got on the MLS and did a CMA of the companies on this island. I found the company doing the most business and decided I deserve to work with the best ... after all I consider myself to be the best in our area. I was thrilled to learn they are not just the best on this island, but one of the best in the whole world... in the top 5. That is very impressive, I think. So, yesterday I met with my former broker and transferred my license, I AM bringing my listings with me ... most of them, some I decided not to waste my time on (can you say unmotivated seller). Tomorrow I go for my orientation with the office manager for about 3 hours. I am really looking forward to that. I have 4 sellers who have patiently been waiting for me to make this transfer and listing agreements from my new company. So, congratulations to me. I see a brighter future. |
