Check out the Westerville, Ohio spec, or inventory home, for under 290K. It's nearly impossible to find a new build in Westerville that isn't more like a townhome/condo for under 300K. What a good deal on that. I just contracted the lot 4 doors down for over 380K on a new build, and the one next door I sold for over 335,000. So there is definitely a nice equity position with this spec home.
