Real Estate is About Providing Solutions. Are You Doing Your Job?

A successful real estate carreer is more about life and serving the needs of others than it is about deals.  All too often in real estate the needs of the Realtors are placed before their clients.  Instead of referring to our homeowners or first time homebuyers, it is very common in real estate to hear them referred to as "sides" "units" or deals!"  How impersonal can you get?  Buyers and sellers are referred to as units of production for your income, as opposed to individuals with needs.  Over the years we've assisted families and clients buy their first home when getting married, or to sell a home when being transferred to another town across the country with their job. For those relocating to our area we are able to enlighten them to schools, and neighborhoods that suit their needs.  We also assisted others with job losses, financial setbacks, illness, cancer, AIDS, foreclosures, relocation, the loss of a spouse or child and more.   We  help others wiht our knoweldge in getting through very stressful or difficult times.  Personally, we feel it is truly a gift from God that we were chosen and were able to assist all that have crossed out path.  It is a very rewarding feeling to be of assistance when needed.  To aid someone it has to start with telling the truth.  It is not about scripts, and closing techniques...that is too manipulative.  It is about providing all the information need and more.  It is about providing the right price to list a home, and substantiate your reasoning and results with DATA.   It isn't about winning a listing and placing my sign in the ground, or selling a home that is offering a bigger bonus to myself.  It is about serving the needs of our clients first, and doing the best job possible.  If we accomplish this, success and fortune follow.
