Do You Pray? Try It You May Like It!

Hardships, and needs can sometimes break our heart when we feel powerless to affect a sale on the home of someone in need.  Even the best real estate agent sometimes realizes that there are no quick fixes.  Over the years in real estate I've sometimes am astounded when there are no possible solutions on the horizon,...that an earnest prayer actually sold the home!  Does this sound unbelievable?  It isn't.  Sometimes we can have the perfect home listed, at an incredible price with a great location and nothing happens!  Other times we get an opportunity to list a home that would not be our last choice and guess what?  It sells in record time without any hassles?  If it were to happen just a few times, I would be the first to chalk up a sale or two as a coincidence.  It is more than that!  I have had it a happen one too many times when I can acknowledge that I've run out of all solutions and I am challenged to get the deal done to assist the needs of our clients.  The easiest way to do it is just an acknowledgement to God of your needs.  It is called "Humility!"  We acknowledge our limitations and request the aid of God!  Guess what?  Often times it works!  I am not a religious fanatic, but in the current market I try to remember everyday my clients, close associates and all those that struggle to find a solution.  Realtors, lenders, inspectors, brokers, buyers, attorneys, and sellers...we are all in this together!  I would love to hear you share your thoughts and experiences!  This can be fun to share!
