The Median home price in Carlsbad zip code 92010 for the first quarter of 2008 is $550,000 from the sold homes in SANDICOR. This is $110,000 lower than the peak Carlsbad 92010 median home price of $660,000 in 2005. It is $94,500 less than the median price of 2007 - last year.
