I just signed up a new listing - actually 2 in the last week. I have done my own BPO, and came up with the prices you see below. When dealing with these short sales, we all know the bank will send out for BPOs, so I tried to make these as competitive as possible - and still acceptable by the banks. (there's a who new blog on that issue) But here they are - subject to Lenders approvals, the 2 best priced units in Kona.
