April 2008 Real Estate Market Activity for Vancouver's:

Felida, Hazel Dell & Salmon Creek Areas

This report is a simple tabulation of Felida, Hazel Dell and Salmon Creek area homes in the real estate data base, separated into price ranges, and: Active, Pending and Sold categories, for the Historical Month of March, 2008

This month has 66 more homes in the Active category, and the average days on the market has remained the same for the active listings.  For the listings that are agreeing to offers the average time on the market is now about 89 days -- 10 days fewer than last month.  This month we have 53 homes Pending -- 23 fewer than last month.   All prices ranges in these areas appear to be a "Buyer's Market."

For March year-to-date the RMLS data is showing the Average home Selling Price for the Felida, Salmon Creek & Salmon Creek areas ranging from: $260,000 to $425,600; and the Median Selling Price ranging from: $260,000 to $392,500.  The Clark County - wide Average Home Selling Price is: $294,600;  while the Median Selling Price is: $247,400.
