Seattle Real Estate: Crime Rates & My Favorite Picture

 A Seattle real estate client sent this to me and I just love it!  I think the sign is a bit dated for the neighborhood, but I still think it is a great block watch sign!  Maybe the city should rethink it....

Seattle is full of wonderful neighborhoods and has amazing architecture on top of it, but make sure to check out the crime rates! Moving in Seattle should be fun, but at the same time you want to be safe.
