Marge Vernay, Qualifying Broker for Sundance Mountain Properties LLC/Mountain Investments of No. Ga . Originally from Toms River, New Jersey, Marge lived in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area for 15 years, until the North Georgia Mountains called to her. Marge believes that TRUST is the most important aspect in any business relationship and expects no less from the team.

William (Bill) Vernay, Sales Manager for his Georgia clients. He specializes in residential and commercial sales in the Fort Myers, Florida and Blue Ridge, Georgia areas. Bill is an avid chef and has a unique hobby of raising white doves. These birds are white in color and are great for "dove releases" for weddings, funerals and events. Bill and Marge, (husband and wife team) are starting a company in Blue Ridge, GA which will be called "Aska White Peace Doves".
