The Price is Right In Poinciana FL...So Come On Down!!!

Buy me!!!Welcome to.....The Price is Right! Come on down Poinciana Buyers....we have homes to sell in Poinciana Fl. Not only do we have homes but we have cheap homes. That's right folks CHEAP.

Folks, these are some really nice homes that we are selling in the low $120s. Most are only a couple of years old and average about 1550 sq ft living area with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

You can't find a house like that any where else in Central Florida, for these prices. Not only are our prices low but if you want to buy one of these homes you may qualify for a USDA Rural Housing Loan. That's right folks.....USDA, the same folks that stamp the meat at the Winn Dixie also have mortgages.

What the USDA does is offer 100% financing in areas that qualify for Rural Development! And guess what?....Poinciana qualifies! That means if YOU qualify you don't even have to have a down payment!!

But Broker Bryant what do we have to do to qualify for one of those suckas? That's a darn good question. I don't know!!! Hey Don't look at me like that!! I'm a Real Estate Broker NOT a Mortgage Broker. Finding you a loan is "not my area" BUT....I know people. And some of these people ARE Mortgage Brokers and can get you some of that "all beef patty" money.

So, this is what I'd do if I were you.....I'd contact me....Broker Bryant and let me introduce you to the right people. Let's just see if they can get you some of that meat money. Now if they can, I'm positive that we can find you a darn good place to call home.

CHECK OUT THESE AVAILABLE HOMES

And, before you know it, you can call your Landlord up and say "See ya! I'm loadin' up the truck and movin' to Beverly Hills Poinciana!"

Now that wasn't so hard was it? Are you dialing yet? Come on...I'm waiting...la la la la......hello.......where are you.......lines are now open.....hello....Where the heck is Ryan Seacrest when you need him? Ok....I'm outa here. Operators are standing by.

Ooops! Sorry I'm in the wrong area :)

TLW...ROAR!

Broker B~ You are a hooot! Go get em Tiger...they will be flocking now!!!

Rats!  NOLA doesn't qualify for this program, so I guess I'll just have to send folks to Poinciana :)

That makes sense!

That rural housing loan is FANTASTIC!!!  I don't know about your area but here people are surprised at which areas qualify.  They think they will be living in a shack in a middle of nowhere but its not like that.   Its a great opportunity to get someone in new home!!

Feeling like I've lost my will....My hand is reaching for the phone without my permission....Strange out-of-body sensation...dialing...dialing some more.... WHAT THE!!  I Can't Move to Florida!  Putting the phone down.  That was close.  You almost made me dial.

I tried calling to congratulate you for the laugh-out-loud, but "all circuits were busy"...

Do the first 100 buyers get a free keychain or anything....it will be hard to run them all around at the same time, but if anyone can manage I am sure it is you :)  Wonder if we have that type of Home Loan...sure sounds like a good deal,

BB,  When you say 'Operators are standing by.'  Are you referring to TLW.  I thought she retired from the position.  I knew about these, but totally lost it with 'the same folks that stamp the meat at the Winn Dixie also have mortgages.'  Good, but fun, post!

Such a deal.  Those homes should be selling like hot cakes.  At least your prices have come down.  Our's stubbornly stay too high.

That's it, I'm packing my bags right now and comin' on down.  Too bad for the vegetarians out there, I understand they don't qualify for these USDA loans;-)

Great day in the morning. You are hilarious.

Hey BB - I love this line, "USDA, the same folks that stamp the meat at the Winn Dixie also have mortgages."

I can hear those old commercials now, "Winn Winn Winn Dixie!!"  Remember those??

Great buys to be had in your area for sure!

You are the master marketer!  Makes me want to move to Florida and buy one of those suckas!

I thought we had great prices after this post they will be flying off the shelf.

wow your market has some very affordable pricing... Is the Winn Dixie hiring? I might buy a house quit being an agent and stock shelves....

WOW!! I wish prices weren't so sticky around here. I'm losing buyers right and left because they see what is out there in their range and refuse to believe that there are no cheap golden nuggets lying under rocks that no one has found yet!  Fact is, the location (close to NYC) is what holds up prices and with gasoline through the roof - that probably isn't changing.

Price, Location, Condition of the Property , and Exposure are all important in that selling process!

Good Luck To You!

Cheers!

Bryant- This is a great program, we have lots of area that qualify for this program in our county but I personally don't know much about it. Hope you get some buyers there with that bait!

Alright, here's the deal.  I'll take a 14oz strip medium rare, a nice fat baked potato - lots of everything, hold the rabbit food.. oh, yea, and a vodka martini.  A nice little 3 bedroom on the lake too if ya got one.

I wish I had a fat bank account (or a Sugar Daddy) to buy up some of that Florida property.

BB,

I haven't seen those types of loans over in my neck of the woods...we just have plenty of cheap homes...hey I've got a short sale very cheap and ready for a warm body...send them over here:)

Good morning. You guys are cracking me up!!!!

Up until about 5 or 6 years ago you could not do an FHA loan in Poinciana. So the USDA loan was the loan of choice. It is a very good product. Not quite sure why it's callled "rural housing" though. Poinciana has 70,000 people so is far from being rural.

OK I have to go to work and try to sell me some of these suckas :)

With the prices you have over in Poinciana, I could even  afford gas for my car!

Bryant, we are able to use USDA loans in all the area's surrounding Ann Arbor and have been doing so. Glad some good programs like this are in vogue again. Opps sounds funny, USDA and Vogue in the same sentence. I wish I had a few dollars to buy in florida now.

Gosh, at those prices, some folks could pay cash! Like a blue light special. Oh, wait, that's Kmart!

BB, I stopped down at our local In-and-Out Burger and asked if they had any of that "all beef patty" money you were talking about...  They sure didn't know what I was talking about.  I told them BB said there was a whole bunch of USDA meat money available to buy homes in Poinciana, Fl.  They still didn't know what I was talking about.  So, did the next best thing, I ordered a "Double-Double" animal style with fries.  AJ

bob Barker needed a really a good replacement, and you are soooooooooooo hired!    it's been so sunny in Florida I have not been playing in the rain ...

You need a better jingle.  Maybe Bertha could come up with one for you.

With prices like that, I am amazed you market hasn't cranked up in high gear.  It must be coming soon with values like that.

(05/14/08 04:27PM) — Morris County New Jersey

BB - those homes and prices are fabulous and hard to even imagine its for real.  In my area a price range of $120's isn't buying anything!  An old one bedroom condo here is $230-$300.  Maybe I should move south!

Come on Down to Tutas Towne...Your Realtor Friendly Realtors :)

Wow! What a treat for the eye! It sounds very attractive. I suppose I'll think about this tempting proposition. And let me recommend you one usefull resource where I've found lot of information touching on mortgage.
