OK in a recent reply on someone else's blog - I stated that it seems that - buyers - are only buying foreclosures - so I counted the amount of foreclosures sold this month in my area. Of the 11 homes sold so far - 3 of them were foreclosures - that puts us at about 30% . So I may have misspoken some on my guess - Sorry - its never to late to check your facts. You should go ahead and take the challenge yourself. If you live in a large metropolitan area - take a small sample and see where your area is. I would like to hear the results - maybe I will follow up with condos
