Hi Mana,
I've never been, maybe I can this weekend. Thanks for the info and have a great week. Michael A. Caruso
Michael, If you like strawberries you wont be disappointed. :0)
Mana - This sounds like so much fun...and I love the colors on your post. Makes me want to go out and get some strawberries.
My friend just brought me a bag of Oxnard grown organic strawberries and they are PERFECT! I hope you have fun at the festival. It sounds super yummy!
Sandra, It's a lot of fun for every member in the family. I hope you were able to find some good strawberries.
Elaine, I plan on eating till I look like a strawberry. LOL.
Mana,
Thanks for announcing this festival, sounds like it's going to be a lot of good eating! As for shopping, what girl can pass that up! Hope I will be able to attend, sounds like a lot of fun!
PS- My graphic for this comment is tapioca! Between you and me and the strawberries, I'm really getting hungry now!
Hi Mana, I love festivals. Strawberries would be an especially nice event. I always love to shop and look and touch and smell. ;-)
Hi Mana,
Sounds like fun for everyone. As you may know, we have one here too in OC, it's in Garden Grove. It's been going on since I was a kid. Sorry to say we've lost most of our strawberry fields and orange groves in our area. Luckily for you that Ventura County still has a wealth of agriculture.
Mana - Yum Yum - we have a big Strawberry Festival here and I always love when they are in season - sounds like great fun!!
Mana--I love strawberries!! Sounds like good tasty fun!!
Mana-- I swear I was STRONGLY considering coming out for this, hoping to meet you face-to-face... But my husband and I have event tickets this weekend...we've got really good seats for a baseball game. Actually, we are the guests of somebody else, so there you go. Next time!
Michelle, I know it gets extremely crowded, but I hope to see you there.
Teri, Festivals and shopping mix together add eating to that as well, I can't complain. :0)
Lynda, I know what you are talking about. Every time a new development goes up on our strawberry fields or citrus groves a lot of anger is raised in the community.
Cyndee, I had no idea Florida grew strawberries. Now we have to compete. LOL
Teri, It is. I wish I could share this event with you.
Karen, That would have been awesome. Please try to come out for our other festivals I would love to meet you. Have fun at your baseball game.
