We wanted to share a Miami real estate deal for sale now in 4 Midtown, one of Midtown Miami's new highrise buildings. This tower received its certificate of occupancy in February 2008 and people are already moving in and making this fabulous building their home.
In our opinion, a deal is when you can purchase a property for a lot less than similar properties in the same building. In the case of a high-rise like 4 Midtown, we look at the same line of units and see what these are priced at.

4 Midtown was designed by John R. Nichols of Nichols Brosch Sandoval & Associates, Inc. architects and planners, based in Coral Gables, Florida - and its concept is:
Midtown's urban design is reminiscent of New York SoHo district with a Miami Twist. The pool deck is a true urban oasis nestled seven stories high. The architecture with it's wide expansive opening that emphasizes the panoramic views of Downtown and Biscayne Bay. With a modern minimalist lobby, and custom finishes that pay attention to detail.

3301 NE 1st Avenue, unit 2615 - Miami, Florida 33137
Priced at $425,000 $400,000
Unbelievable bay and city views from this 26th floor new, and never lived in Midtown 4 condo. Full-amenity building just South of Miami's Design District, centrally located close to Miami Beach, Downtown Miami and both airports. Two bedroom, two bathroom condo with split bedroom plan, high ceilings, Italian kitchen, porcelain tile floors and wrap around balcony overlooking Biscayne Bay.
Similar units in the same line are priced as follows:
Unit 2615 is being sold for $45,000 under pre-construction price, and although the seller is selling for less than he paid, this sale is not contingent on lender approval.

Amazingly beautiful!!! It's been way too long since I've been down to that area.
Come on down Jason - the weather is glorious! and places like this one make it all worth while.
Ines I just love the photos you take! you got to tell me what you are using and with what program!
Ines that is a fantastic building and the veiws in the video from the upper floors are unbelievable. All I can say is WOW.
Wow, Ines, That place is just spectacular, who wouldn't want to live there? I can't believe the price either, I'd hate to think what it would go for in NYC.
Ines... a few things.... I agree, that is an awesome building. And your layout and contrast throughout this post is fabulous. And lastly, I like your header... sharp. overall, nice job.
Wow! Now is that amazing or what! Beautiful detailed information Ines!
Jeannette - it's just good lighting, I promise! It's Jeff Turner's handy dandy KokakV705 and I use picnik.com for the effects .....you have to see me laying on the floor for some of those shots though.....pretty funny.
George - the view is everything for this unit - you are buying non-waterfront and getting the view....can't get better than that!
Carole - The concept of Midtown is an amazing one, one of green urbanism and a "walkable community", the prices were supposed to be more affordable, and then you have some people's misfortunes becoming others' opportunities...like this one. (This is the perfect crash pad for a New Yorker for sure)
Jeff - thank you.......I felt like I was being judged by Simon Cowell there for a minute ;)
Sally Sally! Thank you! It only took me 8 hours to put together (really)
Ines -- I love the aesthetic of the building, you did a great job presenting it. In my next life I want to live down there!
Wow, Ines, now that's a thorough overview. Most impressive - what else would a buyer want to know?
Jeff
Lori - what do you mean your next life? Come on down! we have plenty of business for you. :)
Jeff - thank you - thank you! It's flattering coming from you.
What amazing views, Rick and Ines. I wish you both all the best with a successful sale, Jim.
Thank you Jim - this is one of those great listings that is fun to market - anyone getting into this one would be lucky.
This looks great! I would love to live near the beach
Hi Konnie - thanks for the compliment - this unit is actually not close to the beach - that's the bay you see there in the pictures. You have to travel East about 15-20 minutes to get to the beach (10 minutes in a good day)
Great listing with fantastic views! Best wishes!
Thanks Kristina, it's all about the view here in Miami.
