I have been saying for a while now that we were headed to 2004 prices, and now its here. I have looked at some of the current listings, and sure enough - they sold in 2004, for exactly what they are asking today. Thats great news for the local families, bad news for investors. Whatever it is - its here to stay for awhile.

If we could only open the eyes of our sellers - I think it would pick up the economy some. How has the VOG been for your sales?
