IF SOMEONE SAYS YOU SHOULDN'T USE THE VA LOAN, DON'T BELIEVE THEM. The VA loan is often the very best mortgage loan for eligible home buyers. Many agents try to steer VA eligible home buyers away from the VA loan because they don't understand the loan. You have earned the right to use the VA loan which is the only mortgage loan that offers true NO DOWN PAYMENT financing and permits the seller to pay ALL of your closing costs.

Lenn these are some really nice looking Foreclosed Homes. And you are right on the money about VA loans being a great loan and the reason why some shy away from them.
Look like great opportunities for someone. Thanks for the info.
Hi Lenn, Is anyone you know tracking where these owners are moving too. There are so many around the US.
Now, let us think ahead and you watch, I will bet that with all the foreclosures, someone will propose a bill in congress that the credit damage will be able to be corrected somehow that these folks can move on in life. It seems that the numbers are going to to be overwhelming.
Funny you should ask.
Not a week goes by that I don't get a call from a newspaper reporter wanting me to arrange for them to interview someone who lost their home to foreclosure or is in a short sale listing.
I know where all of the short sale sellers are, moved to apartments before their credit report went south.
Not a chance.
Lenn, I don't know why anyone would not work with you when looking to buy a home in the greater Harford area. You are truly the expert!
