92% asking price? That sounds pretty good. 46 in Garden City. Wow. That sounds like a lot for that area. That area used to be the low rent district, but I think it has been getting transformed over the last 10 years. How is Eagle doing? Still the strongest growth area or has traffic congestion slowed it down?
Garden City is really changing. One day it will be the nicest place in the Boise area-but that's a few years away.
I have Eagle and Nampa Market reports on my website blog. You can check those out there. Eagle has slowed down some, but it has a average home price DOUBLE that of Boise and Meridian.
