$331,692*.

The number of days on the market (DOM) remained the same this week.
Currently Sonora CA Homes* have an average market time of 119 days.

If we take a look at the total picture and include homes of all shapes
and sizes, inventory rose this week, to 94 with median asking price of
$410,950 and an average time of 126 days on the market.

When compared to the rest of the north county there are 573 homes for
sale with a median asking price of $369,000 and an average of 138 days
on the market.
