I took this photo a few weeks ago from a boat on the Fox River. It is a view of the Ski Hill, Riverfront Park in Fox River Grove. You can not really see the Norge Ski Jump too well from this angle, but it is there in the background!
As of this morning, per MRED MLS, for the past 3 months:
During the past 3 months, 6 Single Family homes have successfully closed with the help of their Realtors. This only represents 86% of the market that have had success. They took an average of 89 days on the market to be SOLD.
So, on the average Single Family homes in Fox River Grove have been getting an average of 95% of their list prices, with the help of their Realtors.
During the past 3 months, 0 Attached homes have successfully closed.
We are still experiencing a Buyer's Market in Fox River Grove.

Chuck...I agree... we had a ski hill by my home when I was growing up, but it was nowhere near this big! A Norge Ski jump event is really something to see, too.

One of our "ski hills" had one unfortunate aspect- they widened the road... thus you's have to bail or time the traffic. That effectively took away the *charm* of the adventure. :-)
Chuck, now that would be a big disappointment for a child who likes to sled!
