Jennifer,

Very nice.....and a great dream goal for some I am sure.......I am in the downsizing mode.....however when my new team makes it big...... who knows

WOW Jennifer!!  I love to see the styles and prices of houses around the country.  I'm looking at those properties with my eyes VERY BIG!  LOL  As soon as I get my $5,000,000 (+/- $1,000,000) I'll be sure to give you a call to set up some showing appointments on those properties.

Wow...that is some hefty prices range! They sure do look unique and very nice Jennifer.

Jennifer, I cannot believe you guys had a house sell for over twelve million dollars! You must have gotten some good commission on that one! I think the highest one I have seen since I have been in real estate here is just under six million.

Besides the size and price of the house, the idea of that much acreage is unbelievable!  Hope you get to sell one soon.

Jennifer, You have some amazing homes there, what an interesting look you gave us.  Your part of New York is just beautiful, I'd be thrilled for you to sell these gorgeous homes.

Jennifer I will take the one on the right.  The one on the left is just simply not me ....... LOL

I can't imagine to have that kind of money to spend on a house.

Jennifer, I had someone looking at a 2 million dollar horse farm this year (yes looking he didn't get the job here, drat it) but wow 5 million.

Kimberly - I will be waiting.

Monika - Hefty price tag but great proximity to NYC.

Stephen - It would be nice selling one or two in this range.

Lisa - I agree that the acreage is one of the attractive feature especially since you are probably only 80-90 miles from NYC,

Carole - I would be thrilled too.

George - There are many who are capable of spending that much on a country estate.

Marchel - It might happen when you don't expect it to.

Patrice - You are welcome.

Jennifer, that stone Victorian is gorgeous.  Too bad it's right on top of the road.
