Carmel Valley

If you want sun then Carmel Valley is the place for you. The coastal fog seems to burn off much faster with temperatures usually much warmer than other areas on the Peninsula. Carmel Valley has more to offer than just the sun, the lots are generally larger and you have more privacy. The village is much more laid back and people seem to be more casual than in town. There are still plenty of great restaurants, not to mention that Carmel Valley offers many local wineries, and unique shops.
