When you live where real estate is all out doors price wise, you suddenly feel like a kid in a candy store with low cost, large selection of Maine listings to consider.
Case in point..nice fellow who asked about a property he saw online and now is getting real estate vertigo from all the low price stickers coming at him like asteroids. Let's take a peek at one of the emails we received today showing the pent up desire to own a piece of Maine ....
"I don't know man... My brain is absolutely fried from looking at all these
listings.
My primary interest is obtaining something affordable that I can pay off
reasonably soon while I'm making the NJ income and eventually enjoy a
better quality of life.
I was born and raised here and have had my heart broken observing the
thoughtless, reckless overdevelopment, hyper inflated prices, influx of
rude people, toxic environment etc.
I'm buying what your selling :)
Thanks for the quick, detailed additional info.."
This buyer is sincere, wants somewhere to look forward to a better way of life, and needs guidance. We sent him back a few hand picked cherries from the real estate chocolate box of property to chew on. Its great to have inventory but fine tuning the stream of the real estate nozzle in order to avoid real estate listing blindness. The condition is a good one but overwhelming to someone that is not where they want to be on the planet.
Maine..the way life should be. The way life was in other parts of the planet.

Andrew, I'm guessing this is your busiest selling season of the year! As it gets hotter and muggier further south, Maine looks really good, especially in the hot summer months!
Pat..come on up!
