Loma Colorado by Pulte Homes in Rio Rancho is hot...

We've been fortunate to work with several clients lately who have made purchases in the Loma Colorado neighborhood by Pulte Homes. This neighborhood is very busy building and selling homes, for a variety of reasons. The location in Rio Rancho is great. It's right by the Aquatic Center, Blades Indoor Ice and Soccer Arenas, Rio Rancho High School, Loma Colorado Library, and the High Resort Sports Complex with baseball and soccer fields, and a skateboard park. It's also very close to Target, Albertson's and other shops and restaurants. Another great thing about Loma Colorado is that all of the homes are built as models so you can walk through the homes to see which you prefer (I think there are 20 different homes/floor plans). There is definitely a floor plan to match most needs. I love seeing the back yards of these models and it's great to see what fun things they were able to do in sometimes smaller yards...they have swimming pools, sport courts and extended patios. One other great thing... seeing as how it's the week of the 4th of July, the Rio Rancho Fireworks Extravaganza takes place in the High Resort Sports Complex and many of the homes in Loma Colorado look out over -so will have front row seats to watch fireworks. Pretty fun. I heard residents and future residents will receive passes to get in to Loma Colorado as it will be closed off to the general public.
