Why should you use a REALTOR to purchase new construction in Verrado?
Purchasing a new home in Verrado is an exciting experience for the Buyer. The purchase process for a new home in Verrado is significantly different than purchasing Verrado homes on the resale market.
Each builder at Verrado has their own contract, which they REQUIRE Buyers to use, or they won't sell to them. Even if you have previously purchased real estate in Arizona, for example a home in the Phoenix area, even if it has been new construction, it's highly likely that the contract you'll be asked to sign is a document new to you.

- Information provided to you by the agent or broker knowledgeable about Verrado and buying new homes in Verrado
- Incentives and other specials which while advertised, may not be offered unless requested.
