Community Events: The Martin Acres Neighborhood Association organizes and hosts a number of community events. For example, the community is known for their annual Pancake Breakfast, where residents enjoy a pancake picnic at Martin Park. Other events include community garage sales and celebrations for Halloween and other holidays.
