The Trees are Blooming, People are getting out of there homes and enjoying the spring like weather. There is one really important thing I love about this time of the year. NEW CLIENTS ARE LOOKING TO BUY OR REFINANCE. I always get really busy about this time a year, more than any other months combined. When it gets warm outside and people can go to parks, grill out or swim, I get the most attention then. I have been doing so much marketing in the fall and winter that its picks up huge. Does anyone else have this success too? Are you doing anything different to attract new business? Thanks for the comments up front and have a great day

Ben, business has picked up in the last few weeks in VA. I started a newsletter, blogging more and posting to localism. If you haven't done it yet, add communities and start a blog on localism. I've gotten a few referrals and have more than I can deal with at the moment. I'm sure the same will happen for you. I wish you continued success!
Ben - We're picking up here along the upper Mississippi River as well. All sorts of marketing in the last three months and a couple of warm days and the phones are ringing.
Yes I love when the warm weather quickly dropps 40 degrees and it like winter again. But business is booming over here

who the hell wants to look at houses in winter? also kids are still in school and no one wants to uproot them.
Late spring and summer is when people can get out and look at houses all day. They also want to get in before school starts.
Purchase money is always biggerr from April to Sept. Refis should be consistant all year round
