Active Rain Professionals
I would be interested in building a referral network of professionals with integrity within the real estate industry in various professional fields. Those interested can be other real estate agents, builders, staging professionals, landscapers, interior decorators, appraisers, lenders, inspectors, painters, carpeting professionals, etc...
Those interested don't have to be in the Kansas City area, although this will be of the highest interest to me. Still, I believe we all would like to have referrals with integrity who we could have a high degree of confidence that if we referred our clients, they would be handled with integrity, professionalism, courtesy, and timeliness. I'm interested in creating this online referral business, but it will take more than just a few to make this work. I know it can benefit all who would like to participate as I have created a face to face referral network before.
The face to face referral network is called six degrees connection (http://www.sixdegreesconnection.com/), but with all the busy schedules we work, meeting face to face created some difficulties. So I would like to get feedback from you on whether or not you think this will work as an online program. The outline has been established with six degrees connection, and can be tweaked for this online program.
Anyway, please take this into consideration and let me know if you have interest, if you would like to benefit from this program, and any comments you care to share. David, the network sounds like a great idea. I will do a search of AR for builders in your area, I don't recall anyone that's been active so far.
Diedre, thank you for the compliment. I would be interested in knowing more about you and your husband's business and the other two vendors you have in mind. Could you provide me with any web sites, links or other places where I can get a better understand of everyone?. From the sound of your email, I would also be honored to have you as member of this online network. I think it might be appropriate to have an understand of the standards we would want to be a member and an advisory council to assist in the selection process. Just a thought, but guidelines are good to have. Any comments?
David - I think that's an excellent idea. Both the Millionaire Real Estate Investor and the SRES training advocate a network of real estate-related professionals. If you ever need info on the Las Vegas market, give me a call!
