Dress Your House for Success

Many times when I am on a listing appointment, the question comes up, "What do I need to do to prep my house for proper presentation -- a quick sale at the maximum price"? 

I used to spend a lot of time attempting to be a professional stager, helping the owner know what to do to put their home in the best light from the buying publics perspective, yet I never felt comfortable in that role.  Sure, I have a few good ideas, yet I'm really not in that business.  Staging a home for sale is a whole 'nother business! 

Today, I simply encourage the owners to "Dress Your House for Success".
