Hawaii Mortgage Rates

Aloha Everyone,

According to bankrate.com's national survey of large banks, today's average Mortgage Interest Rate is:

6.29% with .27 points for a 30 yr fixed loan. 

(I wanted to send you the whole article, but not sure if it violates any copyright rules! I'm new to Active Rain)

Of course, the client has the opportunity to "buy down" the rate, to be determined by the amount of points they want to pay.  For example, paying 2 points might get them 5.625%. If you can negotiate a sellers credit, even better.
