What are Area=51, 52, 53, 54? Four quadrants of Davenport?
W have Lawrence 1, 2, 3, 4 and Douglas County Rural 1, 2, 3, and 4 for our city and county quadrants.

Rob,
Yes. The quadrants are divided north and south by Kimberly Road and then again east and west by Brady Street. It makes it pretty easy (But it's amazing how many agents still mess it up!). Putting in the wrong area can cost you a sale if the client is looking for a specific location......and a lot of them are!

We have quadrants divided by 15th St east and west and Iowa St :) for north and south. Our problem here is that the zip codes are divided by 23rd St instead of 15th St so the MLS is constantly getting the wrong areas put in the MLS.
To add more confusion our 23rd St is called Clinton Parkway west of Iowa and our 15th St is called Bob Billings Parkway west of Iowa.
