IT guys are invaluable

I have a website that I had worked on for about a year. I could not get it up through the rankings in the search engines for nothing. Well I recently sold an Internet Web guy a home here. Boy did I luck up. He has done in a week what I could not do in a year. Now when you search on Yahoo and MSN for real estate in my area my website is #1 in the rankings. It hasn't came up through google yet but he is working on that. If any of you really want a good web presence you have to get a good web guy.

He went in and did some small changes to my site and those little things made a world of difference. I am a very small outfit here in my area and I am ahead of all the big name guys in the area on web searches. So far all it has cost me is 2 hundred bucks. If anybody would like my guy to do this for them let me know and I will email you his name and number. Don't worry about being long distance cause he is very good and does it all right on line.
