Where Do I Start Looking?

I have always wanted to become an investor of real estate and start flipping houses. But where do I start? What do I read? Do I take a class? Do I call on someone? Can anyone point me in the right direction. I know I want to start with little or no money and make max amount out of it. Thanks so much for the help and Im excited to get started.

Ben -  the investors I know that are successful tend to buy inexpensive, inner city row houses.....   LP

Here is where I would start

Both of these links take you to Herb Hamilton in Portland Oregon - he is a wealth of information.

Hi Ben.  Make sure you have a lot of liquid cash when you start.  Being that you're a LO I think you have the financing straight.  Take advantage of seller contributions so you pay the least out of pocket.  The first one is always the most important one.  If you do a search on here you'll find some blogs on the topic.

Isnt that the case for all of us? you need to find some fixers before they hit the market.
