Carlsbad's Bay Collection is a subdivision built by Standard Pacific Homes, a very well respected builder in our area and one of the largest homebuilding companies in the nation (over 95,000 homes in the last few decades). The subdivision is located off Poinsettia, east of the 5, and due to its location on small hills offers some ocean views depending on the home's location.

The Bay Collection is adjacent to Aviara so there is easy access to the Four Seasons and golf, if that is of interest. The central location also provides easy access to downtown via the freeway or to all the amenities of Encinitas and Carlsbad. Beaches, including South Carlsbad State Beach, are very close although not walking distance.

Most of the homes are occupied at this point but a few are brand new and never lived in. There are a few resale homes as well.
