What a Pain in the Gas!

It's slowly inching up each and every day and it's not this season's hemline. It's the price of gas, and today's price is 2 cents more than yesterday's. Moreover, it's being reported that it'll inch even higher, reaching a peak this summer.

Lucky me, I get the pleasure of paying 20 cents more than most--for premium gas.  It's almost too much pleasure for one person to have! It's also really brought home the fact that niche-marketing is the best thing since sliced bread. I'm referring everything outside of my area and smiling all the way to the bank (which is only 3.14 miles away). That residual income is the best. True--It's less than a full commission, but it's steady. And it's a win-win for all sides; the client is getting the best service possible from the neighborhood expert and I'm not running around like a chicken with her head cut-off.

Meanwhile, I'm your go-to girl for Bel Air, Maryland and neighboring towns. I know this place and everyday I find out more about the awesome stuff this town has to offer; it's a great place to live and play. And it's not a pain in the gas for me to tell you all about it!
