We haven't had a Tweetup in Bullhead City, AZ 86442 yet that I know of.

Been wanting to get one going, and got a great idea; coordinate it with the next show my husband (The Famous Shredder) and his most awesome band

The Blood Orange Project

had on their schedule.

And the most PERFECT thing happened:

Their next show happens to be a HALLOWEEN show at the BEST local pub in town - Cocktails!

(Cocktails is wonderful because it has REALLY comfy chairs and a KILLER view of the city from the patio)

Oriol's Mexican Restaurant in Bullhead City, AZ 86442 is one of the locals' favorite spots for food and cocktails from south 'o border! Good food, good drinkies and awesome fast service. You can pop in for a lunch hour and still have time to enjoy yourself if you don't take too long to order (there are many great selections so you could have trouble there!)

Or kick back and enjoy happy hour. Patron Reposado shots for 6 bucks! SUPER dealio!!

Oriol's was originally located where Rooster's Cafe was, at Mohave Drive and Highway 95. When the beautiful Mohave Village Center went up last year, just a block east at Mohave Drive and Miracle Mile (across from Walmart Supercenter) Oriol's moved into a new building.

The new 20 is gorgeous inside with a great bar and comfy booths. (I snapped the pics right after opening so it's usually a LOT more populated!)

My FAVORITE menu item is the Gringo Burrito (although their homemade tamales are a close second!)Feast your eyes:

Ground beef with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese and sour cream for filling, topped with red chili sauce and I add jalapenos. Perfect for the days when relishing life takes precedence over watching cholestrol and waistline!

Wash that puppy down with a Pacifico and shot of Patron and good to go! (with a designated driver of course!)

Yesterday my husband and I were out and about in Bullhead City 86442 and Fort Mohave AZ 86426 . . . the weather has been very Fall-ish here--still warm with temps into the upper 80s, although quite breezy which often necessitates extra maintenance on this and that.

I love Fall--it is my favorite season for trippin' about town selling real estate!

Here in Bullhead City AZ 86442, there are a LOT of office spaces for lease in great locations. The vacancy rate, depending on who you ask, could be anywhere from 20% to over 30% because of a flood of new builds during the 'boom'.

But very few of the office spaces have warehouse space or a lot of parking to go with them.

Or, if you can find something that does have both an office-showroom and warehouse-garage in Bullhead City, the location will disappear off the beaten path to less customer-visible off-Highway 95 locations.

Many of the available warehouses in Bullhead City are either very large (10,000 SF+) or under 2000 SF. And the small ones usually lack sufficient parking space for, say, loading or navigating a large truck with tractor trailer.

Spotted and snapped while showing property today . . . Casey The Cat was a stray that the tenant in one of my listings adopted. She's really sweet till she's not. I'm pretty critter friendly but she took a swipe at me once. :)

We couldn't find Casey until the bed started moving like Sigourney's torso in Alien . . . not sure how Casey found his way into the perfectly made bed in the well kept condo.

Finally Casey was forced to endure the glare of the spotlight!
