Things are looking up at the intersection of Arizona Avenue and Chandler Blvd in Chandler, Arizona where it has just been announced that the San Marcos Condominium project will resume construction on the last 22 units in the development.

The San Marcos Condos began production in 2007…probably the worst time ever to begin a new building project. Who knew?

In 2007, the San Marcos luxury condos were priced and sold from $350,000 – $450,000. Now? About half the price at $189,000 – $239,000.

The two- and three-bedroom units with 1,350 to 2,050 square feet have 10-foot ceilings, 8-foot doors and granite counter tops. The homeowners association monthly dues are $135 and that covers all exterior maintenance and basic cable service, according to the developer.
